New shipping fees and the TNT road service now available
Many things have changed in our company during the last month.
In March we moved our logistics to a new operational center with more than 2.000 square meters and we are now developing a project for a retail store inside our premises that will have available all our offer of more than 6.000 wines. I hope you can come visit us in your next stop in Porto.
Today we lower the shipping fees for almost all destinations and it’s now available the TNT road transportation for the EU destinations.
For those who don’t mind waiting a couple of days more to receive their orders the DHL road service is slightly cheaper but many have asked us for an alternative transport service, faster and more reliable and we are now offering it with the TNT road service, taking 3 working days transit for most of the destinations.
If inside the EU space, you can now select the transport company and transit timings you prefer from 1 day transit and up to 6 bottles with TNT aerial service up to the normal 5 to 6 days transit with the DHL Parcel service.
For the non EU clients we have the DHL and TNT aerial services like before but with new shipping rates.
In the next couple of months we expect to release our new website and an offer that will cover other segments such as beers, spirits and a big offer in gourmet products.
This major changes in our operation caused some delay in the orders and for that we present our apologies and our commitment to compensate all the clients affected.
This also affected our perfect reputation in Facebook and Trustpilot with some bad reviews due to this delay and incidences with the new DHL service.
