ich muss noch einmal auf das Thema zurückkommen. Die Camara schreibt dazu:
"According to the law If you are an EU/EEA/Switzerland citizen and intend to stay in Portugal for a period exceeding three months, you must apply to become a resident by asking Certificado de Registo de Cidadão da União Europeia. Until the 90 days, you are only required to have a valid passport or Identity card in order to stay in Portugal
By applying to become a resident in Portugal, it means your official address will be in Portugal and you cannot be away from Portugal more than 6 months.
After applying to become a resident, there are other things implied, such as your driver license (you must change the one you have into a Portuguese one)."
Schmeissen die nicht gerade zwei Dinge - die Certificado de Registo und die Residencia zusammen ?
Wenn ich mich NICHT ummelden will und weiterhin in D steuerpflichtig sein will dann muss ich doch nach 90 Tagen die Certificado de Registo beantragen, oder ?
Ich habe einfach nur Bedenken das die was falsch machen und ich plötzlich in PT steuerpflichtig werden würde.
